We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.</p><p> We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager, Talent Acquisition</p><h2> Business: Human Resources</h2><h2> Principal responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>  Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities with the support of RPO team. </li> <li>  Hands on sourcing capability for niche &amp; senior hiring </li> <li>  Build relationship &amp; network with hiring managers &amp; candidates </li> <li>  Adhere to recruitment SLA's; ensuring delivery within timelines; monitor cost per hire and overall spend. </li> <li>  Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the entire selection process – provide world class candidate experience. </li> <li>  Independently manage end to end hiring for senior role for the business </li> <li>  Monitor, manage &amp; report risk.
