About the Role:
The Manager, Product & Engineering (Promotions) will lead a team of engineers and SREs responsible for the architecture, design, development, delivery, and operation of solutions within the promotion domain. Leading a team of 6–12 FTEs—including Software Developers, Product Owners, and Delivery Owners—you will own direction, delivery, and operational excellence for the Centralized Promotion Engine, setting the bar for how the team designs, ships, deploys, and runs these services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and other members of technical staff to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and enhance the user and customer experience, while driving AI-augmented engineering practices, SLO ownership, and a culture of root-cause thinking across the team.
