About the Role:
As a Manager, Product Engineering you will lead a team of Product Owners supporting Agile (Scrum) development teams within the T-Mobile for Business organization, primarily aligned to the India hub. The Manager, Product Owner is responsible for both people leadership and establishing Product Owner practices, standards, and consistency across teams, with influence extending to the broader TFB organization. This role ensures high-quality backlog management, effective Agile execution, and strong alignment to product strategy and business outcomes. The position partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders to drive delivery excellence across distributed teams, including employees and contractors. Success is measured by Product Owner effectiveness, business delivery outcomes, and the growth and performance of the Product Owner team.
