\n\n ? Address employee concerns and grievances, and work to resolve disputes in a fair and equitable manner.\n
\n\n ? Promote positive employee relations, open communication, and a healthy work environment.\n
\n\n ? Monitor employee performance and conduct performance reviews.\n

\n Training and Development:\n
\n\n ? Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Dark store employees.\n
\n\n ? Identify opportunities for professional growth and career development.\n

\n Compliance and Policies:\n
\n\n ? Ensure compliance with all labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.\n
\n\n ? Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, timekeeping, and HR-related documentation.\n

\n Benefits and Compensation:\n
\n\n ? Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits as needed.\n
\n\n ? Manage compensation structures and annual salary reviews.\n

\n\n ? Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.\n
\n\n ? Proven HR experience, preferably in SCM or logistics operations.\n
\n\n ? Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR systems.\n
\n\n ? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.\n
\n\n ? Well-organized with strong time management.\n
\n\n ? Proficient in MS Excel.\n
