What you will do:
As a Manager of Engineering, you will be accountable for the overall engineering and technical health of solutions within this domain area and engineering talent management within and across your teams. A Manager of Engineering will possess significant Engineering Management experience and is expected to demonstrate leadership competencies as a leader-of-leaders. As the leader of multiple teams, they have a strong focus on coaching, mentoring, developing and growing engineering talent, and championing an engineering mindset, agile practices and adherence to Company and industry standards.
You will also be responsible for establishing and executing the strategy, defining platforms/capabilities, building and leading cross-functional teams, and communicating to many senior level stakeholders. This role will lead teams that will help with maturing various business and technical capabilities across the TJX India Office. Core responsibilities will include leading teams through technology modernization, establish and enforce engineering best practices, drive delivery against technology roadmaps supporting lifecycle management and design / identify solutions supporting business objectives and practices. You will work in a fast-paced environment which will challenge you to think creatively and exhibit an agile mindset. All the solution delivery work will be done within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
