segments and offers a more diverse set of products and services.</p><p> <br/></p><p> <strong>  ROLE SUMMARY </strong></p><p> This position is based out of the ­­­­­­­­­­­­Tirupati office, responsible for the following:</p><p> <br/></p><ul> <li>  Review HR operation effectiveness </li> <li>  Monitoring the recruitment dashboard and new joiner onboarding, settling process </li> <li>  Executing vertical specific performance management framework initiative </li> <li>  Defining periodic communication plan for the vertical to ensure HR service delivery effectiveness </li> <li>  Improve employee engagement, ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism which will lead to high performance culture within the organization </li> <li>  Ensure policy adherence and implementation across the vertical </li></ul><p> <br/></p><p> ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p> <br/></p><p> <strong>  HR Operations </strong></p><ul> <li>  Reviews HR operation effectiveness at regular intervals by studying the performance outcome measures. </li></ul><p> <br/></p><p> <strong>  New Employee Onboarding </strong></p><ul> <li>  Ensures smooth on boarding and implementing buddy programs. </li> <li>  Plans and monitors better implementation across vertical to ensure better assimilation of new joiners into the organization </li></ul><p> <br/></p><p> <strong>  Performance Management: </strong></p><ul> <li>  Executes vertical specific performance management framework and initiatives. </li> <li>  Program manages the appraisal cycle, providing orientation to the first time appraises and collating survey feedback and giving input to the business for better performance review </li></ul><p> <br/></p><p> <strong>  Employee Development: </strong></p><ul> <li>  Co-ordinate with different HR stakeholders to execute the development program for employees to build the competencies and skillsets of the employees </li></ul><p> <br/></p><p> <strong>  Employee Engagement: </strong></p><ul> <li>  Define periodic communication plan deploys the rewards and recognition program for the unit, ensure various connect programs to address employee concerns. </li> <li>  Provide appropriate support for employee disciplinary process. </li> <li>  Monitor and ensure effectiveness of grievance addressable mechanism. </li> <li>  Employee query handling, conceptualize and implement vertical specific engagement </li></ul><p> activities. <strong> </strong></p><p> <br/></p><p> <strong>  Employee Governance: </strong></p><ul> <li>  Monitor the employee governance process, intervenes wherever required to drive employee adherence to code of conduct. </li> <li>  <strong>   HR Analytics  </strong> </li> <li>  Publish monthly employee dashboards, highlight areas of focus, prepare and publish HR solutions initiatives. </li> <li>  Usage of report effectively by building awareness and communication. </li></ul><p> <br/></p><p> <strong>  Client Satisfaction: </strong></p><ul> <li>  Fulfilling the expectation from business by understanding their challenges and addressing it through various initiatives.
