IAM Support serves as the dedicated second-level backbone for all Identity and Access Management inquiries. By consolidating expertise within a single team, requests can efficiently handle related to standard IAM processes, role configurations, SoD configurations, and audit requirements. The ticket-based approach ensures full traceability and timely resolution, delivering reliability and confidence across the organization.</p><p><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Management of the second-level IAM support requests, to ensure timely responses and solutions.</li><li>Support in solving SoD conflicts in one or the other way in collaboration with the conflict owner, application owners and business owners.</li><li>Definition, documentation and optimization of the Segregation of Duties (SoD) onboarding process.</li><li>Support of creating authorization concepts for applications and infrastructure including the SoD tagging of roles</li><li>Workflow enhancements in central access governance solution.</li><li>Collaborate with support teams and client stakeholders for issue resolution and requirement clarification.</li><li>Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Escalate critical issues or recurring trends as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Your profile:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor/Master degree in Information Technology, Management and Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent</li><li>Minimum of 13 years’ experience in Identity and Access management projects or practical experience</li><li>Experience with Sailpoint Identity IQ and Nexis</li><li>Experience in Segregation of Duties (SoD) and financial regulatory requirements like DORA and MaRisk</li><li>Basic knowledge of OpenDJ/LDAP/AD</li><li>Experience in test management would be an advantage</li><li>Experience in Cyberark .</li><li>Solid handling of MS Office applications</li><li>Proactive thinking and self-paced work on solutions is desired</li><li>Fluent in English.
