\n \n The Role\n \n
\n\n We're looking for a Senior/Lead Cloud Site Reliability Engineer with strong GCP expertise to\n
\n\n join our MSP team in Coimbatore. You'll be the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for the\n
\n\n reliability, performance, and operations of our clients' GCP environments — 24/7.\n
\n\n This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll manage GKE clusters, build IaC with Terraform,\n
\n\n automate cloud operations, and lead a team of engineers — directly impacting client outcomes\n
\n\n through improved uptime, infrastructure stability, and operational excellence.\n
\n\n
\n
\n \n What You'll Do\n \n
\n\n Own Reliability: Lead 24/7 GCP cloud operations and incident management. Define and\n
\n\n enforce SLOs. Drive RCA with a client-first mindset.\n
\n\n Engineer the Blueprint: Translate client requirements into scalable GCP architectures.\n
\n\n Build and maintain Terraform modules, runbooks, and operational playbooks.\n
\n\n Automate Everything: Drive automation across OS patching, maintenance, upgrades, and\n
\n\n monitoring to eliminate toil and preempt incidents.\n
\n\n Manage the Stack: Own Windows & Linux server environments, Active Directory,\n
\n\n DNS/DHCP, networking, and load balancer configurations in hybrid and cloud-native\n
\n\n setups.\n
\n\n Be the SME: Represent deep GCP technical expertise in client conversations, internal\n
\n\n reviews, and escalations.\n
\n\n

\n \n Lead & Mentor:\n \n Manage and coach a team of engineers through daily operations, incident\n
\n\n bridges, and code/config reviews.\n
\n\n
\n
\n \n What We're Looking For\n \n
\n\n Experience\n
\n\n 5+ years of total experience with 3+ years on GCP infrastructure\n
\n\n Strong background in Cloud Managed Services / MSP environments\n
\n\n 2+ years in a team lead or technical lead capacity\n
\n\n Experience in client-facing cloud ops or reliability roles\n
\n\n

\n \n Technical Skills (Must-Have)\n \n
\n\n GCP: GKE, VPC, Cloud DNS, Cloud Load Balancing, IAM, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging,\n
\n\n Compute Engine\n
\n\n Kubernetes: Hands-on GKE cluster management — Helm, autoscaling, node pools, upgrades\n
\n\n IaC: Terraform (module development, state management, CI/CD integration)\n
\n\n OS & Infrastructure: Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), OS patching, maintenance &\n
\n\n upgrades\n
\n\n Identity & Networking: Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VPC networking, firewall rules, load\n
\n\n balancers\n
\n\n Observability: Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Prometheus, Grafana\n
\n\n Scripting: Python, Bash, or PowerShell\n
\n\n ITSM: Incident management, RCA documentation, change management\n
\n\n Nice to Have\n
\n\n Google Cloud Certifications (ACE, PCA, or Professional DevOps Engineer)\n
\n\n Exposure to Azure orAWS (multi-cloud ops)\n
\n\n Experience with CI/CD — Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, Jenkins\n
