Uses different approaches to estimate timescales, effort and costs for production efforts.   <br/>  </span> </li> <li>  <span lang=\"EN-GB\">   Defines business acceptance criteria and obtains sign-off prior to go-live.   <br/>  </span> </li> <li>  <span lang=\"EN-GB\">   Make use of appropriate testing tools and services where appropriate. Manage and follow up escalations from initiation to closure.   <br/>  </span> </li> <li>  <span lang=\"EN-GB\">   Provide necessary corrective action plan to bring quality up to client's expectation.   <br/>  </span> </li> <li>  <span lang=\"EN-GB\">   Build trusting relationships with stakeholders by consistently meeting and delivering upon their business needs; demonstrating and being respected for your domain knowledge. Manage communication with all internal and external stakeholders like Senior management within IT and Business.  </span>  <br/> </li> <li>  <span lang=\"EN-GB\">   Ability to quantify and translate progress, issues and risks into meaningful metrics.  Monitor, drive and report testing progress through test metrics; keep project stakeholders informed of test progress, issues and risks.  </span>  <br/> </li> <li>  <span lang=\"EN-GB\">   Production support and reporting.
