Scope may include support for prospecting, renewals, endorsements and cancellations or claims and expense payments, recoveries, and reinsurance placements. Liaises with all key stakeholders in support of company and department objectives that relate to the accurate and timely delivery of aforementioned services, and to achieve the highest level of customer service both internally and externally. Works collaboratively with management to meet business and capacity needs. Provides technical support to and resolves technical issues with their team. Manages the team with full authority and managerial control using initiative and independent judgement to meet internal and external service levels. Possesses full authority for establishing and maintaining data integrity. Interviews and hires new employees; recommends and selects existing employees’ salary level. Possesses full authority in decisions when hiring and terminating employees following appropriate HR country specific guidelines.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversees teams conducting transactional activities to ensure quality and accuracy in capturing and producing information and recording financial and business information.</li><li>Communicates and implements corporate rules and guidelines related to business and transactional processes.
