The Evernorth Technology organization relies on the Service Portfolio and Financial Management team to evolve infrastructure into a mature, service-based organization. The team delivers on this objective through a quarterly service review meeting and using the ServiceNow & Proven Optics cost modeling platform. Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Support monthly cost model operational tasks. • Support the technical execution of high-level team objectives including data certifications, cost model enhancements, and service portfolio management. • Support and write technical documentation in support of process/system improvements. • Support cost model development activities and work closely with internal ServiceNow development and administration team • Support reporting and dashboard creation, enhancement and maintenance
Required Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. • Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills. • Strong time and project management skills. • Familiarity with most of the following technologies- ServiceNow, Proven Optics (optional), Javascript, and business intelligence software (ex. Tableau). • Familiarity with agile methodologies. • Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example. • JavaScript development within the ServiceNow platform.
Required Experience & Education: • 8-11 years of total experience • 5 years of experience required • 3+ years of ServiceNow experience • 3+ years of ServiceNow Service Portfolio & Proven Optics module experience • 3+ years of ServiceNow Configuration Management experience • Any financial management experience a plus • ITIL v3+ certification • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to work within SNOW platform to meet business requirements • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.
