Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated executive to lead culture, strategy and manage a multi-disciplinary team focused on cybersecurity, service management and compliance capabilities at BMS. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a team of security, service management, and compliance experts, managing engagements, and delivering high-quality services to our internal and external customers. This leader will have an in-depth understanding of customer needs, drive high-performance, people management, culture adoption, and be able to research and evaluate potential solutions to determine suitability for the organization's needs.
