UFSC operates across four distinct school formats: Boutique Greenfield (heritage or premium urban buildings), Tier 1 Greenfield (purpose-built campuses), Micro Schools (urban compact), and Roll-Up (long-term operational takeover of existing schools). The platform built in Phase 1 is not sized for 5 schools alone. It is designed to launch the first 5 schools and be fully ready to scale to 20. Every school in the UFSC network begins with a market decision, not an asset decision.
