The Head of Enterprise Planning is responsible for leading, delivering, and optimizing the cross-functional Enterprise Financial Planning cycle at Officeworks. This critical leadership role ensures the business maintains a clear, consolidated financial vision while managing short-to-medium-term cycles, including the annual budget and rolling forecasts. By driving the capital investment cycle and prioritizing resources toward strategic initiatives, this role ensures Officeworks achieves its long-term growth ambitions while maintaining rigorous financial governance.

By joining the Finance team within the Global Capability Centre (GCC), you will play a direct role in supporting Officeworks’ growth and performance. You’ll contribute to high-quality financial capabilities that sit at the heart of how the business plans, invests, governs, and delivers value.

This is a unique opportunity to join as a founding member of a newly established global hub. Early joiners will help shape how the finance function operates within the GCC, influencing future ways of working, capability development, and the evolution of some of Officeworks’ core finance processes.
he role will coordinate organisation-wide climate-related financial disclosures under AASB S2/IFRS S2 requirements, including collection and validation of climate risk data across business functions, to support Wesfarmers' mandatory sustainability reporting obligations under the Corporations Act. The focus is on data coordination and internal stakeholder engagement rather than technical standard-setting.
