Academy Leader – Guidewire
Role purpose:
Own and lead the Guidewire Academy as a strategic capability within Core Insurance Platforms (CIP). The Academy Lead is accountable for building, scaling, and sustaining Guidewire skills across delivery centers, ensuring predictable time to productivity, certification coverage, and talent readiness to support run, change, and transformation at scale.
This role ensures Zurich reduces dependency on external suppliers by systematically creating internal Guidewire expertise.
