The COMPLY Data Platform is a strategic initiative at the heart of this mission. It underpins everything from our broker feed ingestion and security master to advanced analytics, AI-driven insights, and future regulatory technologies. The platform is growing fast, and so is the need for accessible, well-designed user interfaces to manage it.&nbsp;</p><p>We're looking for a Full Stack UI Engineer to help us build those interfaces, creating the tools and dashboards that power our internal users and unlock the full value of our data infrastructure.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work across the stack with a strong focus on designing and building front-end applications that interface with our data platform. You’ll work closely with other engineers, data operations, and product stakeholders to create intuitive, performant, and reliable tools that support both day-to-day operations and longer-term product development. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how we build UI-driven workflows and play a central role in how engineers and analysts interact with our internal systems. While this role leans front-end, you’ll also contribute to the back- end APIs and services that support your work, particularly in C#.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, build, and maintain front-end applications and dashboards that interact with our internal data platform.</li><li>Work closely with product managers and internal users to understand requirements and deliver usable, effective interfaces.</li><li>Write clean, well-tested code that can scale and evolve with the product.</li><li>Work closely with teammates to break down requirements, explore solutions, and deliver value iteratively.</li><li>Contribute to team discussions on architecture, tooling, and development practices.</li><li>Learn about the fintech domain including trading, compliance, and broker data.</li><li>Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Criteria:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience developing modern front-end applications (e.g. React, Blazor, or similar frameworks).</li><li>Solid understanding of web fundamentals: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, browser performance.</li><li>Experience integrating with APIs and working on full-stack systems.</li><li>Ability to translate user needs into intuitive, maintainable UI components.</li><li>Familiarity with back-end development (preferably in C#) and how UI and services work together.</li><li>Experience developing and maintaining software systems in a production environment.</li><li>Understanding of software engineering fundamentals: design, testing, debugging, version control, etc.</li><li>Ability to work with others to break down problems and deliver solutions incrementally.</li><li>Willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and ask questions when stuck.</li><li>A team-first mindset and strong communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Desirable Criteria:</strong></p><ul><li>Background in building internal tools, admin panels, or operational dashboards.</li><li>Experience working on data-intensive or distributed systems.</li><li>Experience working with Blazor.</li><li>Exposure to cloud services (particularly AWS).</li><li>Exposure to performance monitoring, testing, and accessibility best practices in web applications.
