Reporting\n </strong>\n</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  Lead month/quarter/year-end close for SBS cost centers; accruals, prepayments, intercompany reconciliations.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Build and publish Flash, MBR/QBR, and Executive packs with clear variance drivers and actions.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Maintain driver-based models: FTE, seat cost, towers, service lines, sites.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Partner with tower leads on AOP &amp; re-forecast; maintain forecast bridges and risk/opportunity logs.\n </li>\n</ul>\n<p>\n</p>\n<p>\n <strong>\n  Transfer Pricing, Chargebacks &amp; Allocations\n </strong>\n</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  Operate SBS transfer pricing: cost pooling, mark-up application, quarterly true-ups; maintain Intercompany Agreements (MSA, SOW, Addendums etc.)\n </li>\n <li>\n  Govern chargebacks: allocation drivers, rate cards, transparency, dispute resolution, SLA.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Standardize allocation methodologies; implement policy, cadence, and audit trail.\n </li>\n</ul>\n<p>\n</p>\n<p>\n <strong>\n  Value Capture &amp; Commercial Analytics\n </strong>\n</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  Quantify savings and value realization across sourcing, automation, footprint;
