Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS) is 100% subsidiary of MUFG having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. The improper use of End User Computing Calculators (\"EUCCs\") can lead to incorrect business decisions, incorrect financial/regulatory reporting, inability to respond to regulatory requests, and other significant problems that could result in significant financial and/or reputational loss to financial institutions. Proper use of EUCCs requires that they are developed, managed, and maintained in a manner that ensures the accuracy and reliability of their results. EUCC Testing is the set of processes and activities intended to verify that EUCCs are operated using appropriate controls, in line with their design objectives and business uses.
The candidate will report to the EUCC Testing Manager in MGS India as part of the Model and EUCC Risk Center of Excellence. This team works to support the Model and EUCC Risk Management team of the Americas which is responsible for the enterprise-wide model validation and control function to ensure the continued safety and soundness of models used across the bank. The Quantitative Risk Control (QRC) group provides second line of defense risk management governance across EUCCs use by all lines of businesses in MUFG CUSO and MUFG Canada and the candidate will have opportunities to work in EUCC Testing and related activities across all areas of the bank.
