About the Role:
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing, distributed software engineering team delivering enterprise-grade SaaS products. This role is accountable for driving execution excellence, improving engineering maturity, and building a strong team culture aligned with Recast’s operating model.
You will work closely with Product, Architecture, and other Engineering leaders to ensure predictable delivery, high-quality outcomes, and continuous improvement across development practices.
This is a hybrid position that will work out of our office in Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore, India.
