About the Role:
As a Software Engineer on the MPM Catalog Platform, you will design, implement, and deploy software that powers T-Mobile's enterprise product catalog — the system of record for how products are modeled, governed, and distributed across downstream channels. Working with a team of software engineers, architects, and product owners, you will deliver solutions that meet customer requirements, scale easily, remove the limitations of traditional monolithic systems, and support deployment in highly available environments.
You will actively propose and participate in the architecture and design of software components built on microservices, distributed architecture, event-based integration, and end-to-end automation. You will own complex technical assignments that require judgment, initiative, and the ability to weigh implications when resolving issues — typically receiving little daily instruction and only general guidance on new work. You will guide and instruct other engineers on the team as a technical lead.
