About the Role:
As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of T-Mobile’s software systems. This role focuses on translating business and functional requirements into effective test strategies, automated test solutions, and quality validation across the full software development and sustainment lifecycle.
You will lead test automation efforts by designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality test frameworks and automated test suites. Success is measured by the effectiveness of automated testing, seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines, and improved quality outcomes that support development teams and enhance customer experience.
