- The Infrastructure Domain in Information Technology manages and maintains the client/server hardware and software that underpin an organization’s computing environment. - Design and Implementation: Develop and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, networks, and storage systems.

- Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, providing expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Security Management: Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT professionals, including network engineers, system administrators, and security specialists, to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems.
ALL YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS:
Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
- 3+ years of demonstrable ‘hands-on’ IT work experience supporting and resolving diverse PC desktop software and hardware issues
- Must be willing to work varying shifts (Day, Night, Slit, or weekends)
Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:
- Master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
- Airline Industry experience
Skills, Licenses, and Certifications:
All candidates will need the following.
- Familiarity with workflow and ITSM tools and ticketing systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and perform in a collaborative, team-based environment
