The Experience Engineer provides leadership, direction and implementation on technical projects that affect all A&F consumer brand ecommerce sites. This role will work within a team to implement new features and functionality as well as maintain, support, and upgrade existing functionality. In addition, this role will utilize prior eCommerce experience to identify and implement improvements in current technology implementations. The duties will also include driving teams in designing software solutions to meet project requirements, maintaining and refactoring existing code, writing tests, and fixing bugs. This role is also responsible for guiding, mentoring, and coaching team members to achieve technical solutions in accordance with Abercrombie and Fitch Co.’s engineering guidelines.
