Main responsibilities include creating electrical protection &amp; control design deliverables. Projects range in size, complexity, and voltage class from small distribution equipment upgrades to large transmission projects. This position can influence the future of the resiliency, reliability, and economic operation of the electric grid.</div><h3> Role And Responsibilities</h3><div> Responsibilities may include leading or executing the following assignments:</div><ul> <li>  Prepare proposals and develop project scope, including conceptual designs and execution plans. </li> <li>  Estimate engineering costs, man-hours, and project schedules. </li> <li>  Develop detailed engineering drawings for EHV AIS &amp; GIS substation projects (33kV to 765kV). </li> <li>  Design protection and control systems, including:  <ul>   <li>    Panel arrangements   </li>   <li>    One-line/single-line and three-line diagrams   </li>   <li>    AC schematics and DC elementary diagrams   </li>   <li>    Equipment and relay panel wiring diagrams   </li>   <li>    Cable and conduit schedules   </li>   <li>    Bills of Materials   </li>  </ul> </li> <li>  Perform engineering calculations and prepare study reports (e.g., voltage drop, AC/DC load studies, and others as required). </li> <li>  Prepare technical specifications for equipment procurement and/or factory acceptance testing. </li> <li>  Coordinate design activities with multidisciplinary teams (Civil/Structural, Networks, Transmission Line, etc.). </li> <li>  Review designs, attend client meetings, and support effective virtual/onsite coordination. </li> <li>  Collaborate with team members to monitor schedules and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. </li> <li>  Review detailed electrical substation design packages for compliance with client standards and industry codes (e.g., IEEE, IEC, NESC). </li> <li>  Coordinate design activities with Siemens Energy's global engineering practices and offices. </li> <li>  Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management. </li> <li>  Participate in training sessions and organizational initiatives. </li></ul><h3> Qualifications</h3><ul> <li>  Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical from an accredited institution. </li> <li>  Minimum three years of experience &amp;
