Stakeholder Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders during implementation and solutioning phases.</li><li>Build trusted relationships with clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of recruitment operations and workforce planning.</li><li>Manage executive-level communications, reporting, and escalation management across multiple workstreams and geographies.</li><li>Provide strategic advice to clients on technology adoption (ATS, CRM) and process transformation.</li></ul><p><strong>Project &amp;
