About the Role:
We are seeking a Director of IT & Security to lead Recast’s global IT and Security function. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and compliance of internal systems, cloud infrastructure, enterprise tooling, and governed AI-enabled workflows. This role also enables employee productivity at scale by ensuring Recast employees have secure, reliable, and efficient workplace technologies, automation, and AI-enabled workflows that reduce friction and improve the global employee experience. The role will help Recast adopt AI safely by strengthening identity, access, data protection, vendor risk, and security controls across productivity tools, engineering workflows, internal agents, and emerging automation capabilities.
This role will define and operationalize our security and IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth, product delivery, regulatory requirements, and responsible AI adoption. You will serve as the central leader for IT operations, information security, compliance readiness, and AI risk management across a distributed global organization - partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Legal, and business leaders to enable innovation with clear guardrails.
