For</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>20+ years of progressive HR experience with significant leadership responsibility.</li><li>Strong HR Business Partnering experience spanning organization design, workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning, and executive advisory.</li><li>Proven experience leading HR within a GCC, technology hub, shared services organization, capability center, or large-scale global enterprise.</li><li>Demonstrated success scaling organizations through periods of rapid growth and transformation.</li><li>Experience building teams, HR capabilities, and people processes in evolving environments.</li><li>Strong exposure to multiple HR disciplines and experience leading or partnering closely with HR Centers of
