Organizational Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Establish and scale the Data, Analytics &amp; AI function within the GCC, aligned to ADM’s global strategy</li><li>Define the operating model, governance structure, and Ways of Working (WoW)</li><li>Build and lead a high-performing team across data engineering, analytics, and AI enablement</li><li>Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning</li></ul><p><strong>Data &amp; Global Alignment</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the primary interface between GCC and global leadership</li><li>Collaborate with Delivery Directors and business stakeholders to align on priorities and capacity</li><li>Communicate progress on delivery, talent, and innovation initiatives</li><li>Build strong partnerships across business functions including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Master Data</li></ul><p><strong>Talent Strategy &amp; Culture</strong></p><ul><li>Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of top-tier talent</li><li>Establish structured career paths, mentorship programs, and capability development initiatives</li><li>Embed ADM’s culture and values within the GCC</li><li>Drive engagement, performance management, and retention</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p><p><strong>Leadership &amp; Functional Expertise</strong></p><p><strong>Classification: Internal</strong></p><ul><li>15+ years of experience in technology, with strong focus on Data &amp;
