The role involves translating complex analytical outputs into\n <strong>\n  intuitive, decision?oriented dashboards\n </strong>\n for internal leadership and external stakeholders, including government agencies and multilateral institutions.\n</p>\n<p>\n This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of\n <strong>\n  data science, economics, and policy communication\n </strong>\n .\n</p>\n<p>\n <strong>\n  Key Responsibilities\n </strong>\n</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  Design, develop, and maintain\n  <strong>\n   interactive dashboards\n  </strong>\n  using\n  <strong>\n   R?Shiny\n  </strong>\n  and\n  <strong>\n   Python (Dash / Streamlit / Plotly)\n  </strong>\n  .\n </li>\n <li>\n  Work closely with economists to convert\n  <strong>\n   economic models, forecasts, and indicators\n  </strong>\n  into clear, user?friendly visualizations.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Develop dashboards for:\n </li>\n <li>\n  Macroeconomic and fiscal indicators\n </li>\n <li>\n  State and district?level analytics\n </li>\n <li>\n  Demographic and social sector data\n </li>\n <li>\n  Infrastructure, urban, and sectoral performance metrics\n </li>\n <li>\n  Handle\n  <strong>\n   data cleaning, transformation, and validation\n  </strong>\n  using R and Python.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Integrate multiple data sources (CSV, Excel, databases, APIs where required).\n </li>\n <li>\n  Apply\n  <strong>\n   best practices in data visualization\n  </strong>\n  to ensure clarity, comparability, and policy relevance.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Support deployment, documentation, and handover of dashboards for internal and client use.\n </li>\n</ul>\n<p>\n <strong>\n  Required Skills &amp;
