a hands-on DeltaV Automation Engineer with strong experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Emerson DeltaV Distributed Control Systems (DCS) within GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.\n </li>\n <li>\n  The ideal candidate will possess expertise in batch process automation, system configuration, troubleshooting, validation, and lifecycle project support within pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing operations.\n </li>\n</ul>\n<p>\n <br/>\n</p>\n<p>\n <strong>\n  Key Responsibilities\n </strong>\n</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  Design, configure, and maintain Emerson DeltaV DCS and Batch automation systems.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Develop and modify control modules, equipment modules, phase logic, batch recipes, and HMI graphics.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Design and implement ISA-88 compliant batch automation solutions.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Support automation projects through requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, commissioning, and startup activities.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing process control systems to improve reliability and efficiency.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Develop and maintain automation and validation documentation including URS, FS, DS, IQ, OQ, FAT, and SAT protocols.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Support integrations with PLCs, MES, historians, and third-party manufacturing systems.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Validation, Quality, and IT teams to ensure compliant and reliable operations.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Participate in DeltaV migrations, upgrades, remediation efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Ensure compliance with cGMP, GAMP 5, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.\n </li>\n</ul>\n<p>\n <br/>\n</p>\n<p>\n <strong>\n  Required Qualifications\n </strong>\n</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.\n </li>\n <li>\n  5+ years of hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV systems.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Strong expertise in DeltaV DCS configuration, programming, and troubleshooting.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Experience implementing ISA-88 batch automation concepts including recipes, phases, equipment modules, and control modules.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Understanding of control system validation and SDLC documentation practices.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Experience supporting commissioning, qualification, and startup activities.\n </li>\n
