The Associate should be a highly motivated, self-starter with strong knowledge of CRM data operations, data research and mass data updates.</p><p><br><strong>Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities):</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>70% [Primary Function]</strong></p><ul><li>Execute comprehensive data quality activities including data refresh, research, and validation to ensure Salesforce data accuracy, completeness, standardization, and uniqueness</li><li>Perform CRM data quality operations including record creation, updates, and maintenance while adhering to established processes and workflow definitions</li><li>Maintain accurate customer data objects and fields in Salesforce in alignment with business requirements and data governance standards</li><li>Manage and process all assigned tasks and requests within established turnaround times (TAT) with high accuracy and minimal supervision</li><li>Execute data imports and refresh operations based on stakeholder requests, enforcing data quality rules to prevent duplicate or bad data entry</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>30%</strong></p><ul><li>Complete ad-hoc data quality requests within TAT using strong analytical and decision-making capabilities with limited guidance</li><li>Lead and participate in proactive Salesforce data quality optimization projects to ensure customer data accurately representing business needs</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, reports, and knowledge base supporting Customer Data quality initiatives</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Education &amp;
