\n \n Responsibilities:\n \n
\n\n · Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.\n
\n\n · Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.\n
\n\n · Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.\n
\n\n · Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.\n
\n\n
\n
\n \n Requirements:\n \n
\n\n · Proven working experience as a Data Analyst\n
\n\n · Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.\n
\n\n · Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI), databases (SQL, etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks), and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).\n
\n\n · Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.\n
\n\n · Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.\n
\n\n · Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing tools (Hadoop, Spark, etc.)\n
\n\n · Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests, etc.).\n
\n\n · Experience with data profiling tools and processes.\n
\n\n · Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric is desirable.\n
\n\n · Professional experience as a Data Modeler/Data Architect in diverse industries, with a preference for P&C Insurance.\n
\n\n · Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Good to Have\n
\n\n · Insurance domain knowledge.\n
