\n\n ? Collaborate with the Customer Success team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.\n
\n\n ? Help track customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.\n
\n\n ? Gain hands-on experience in customer onboarding, training, and support processes.\n
\n\n \n Required Qualifications:\n \n
\n\n ?\n \n Education:\n \n Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MBA, or any Bachelor’s degree.\n
\n\n ?\n \n Skills:\n \n Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and team members.\n
\n\n ?\n \n Attention to Detail:\n \n Excellent multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.\n
\n\n ?\n \n Technical Proficiency:\n \n Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.\n
\n\n ?\n \n Attitude:\n \n Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to contributing to a collaborative team environment.\n
\n\n \n What We’re Looking For:\n \n
\n\n ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\n

\n\n ? Previous experience or coursework in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus.\n
