You shall be one of the key leads to make significant improvements to customer satisfaction and adoption of connectivity solutions. This involves development of&nbsp;test&nbsp;plans, tools and automation framework for validating and qualifying the WiFi routers. You will work closely with systems team, development, and architecture team to understand the features and define&nbsp;test&nbsp;plans and solutions needed to deliver production grade software/firmware to the end customer.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>You will be collaborating with a variety of internal teams in covering multiple engineering disciplines including software, systems, and hardware. The successful applicant should have a diverse skill set and a strong background in continuous&nbsp;testing and automation strategies</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Acknowledge and operate under the premise that all customer-reported issues are indicative of&nbsp;an area for enhancement within the Quality Assurance processes</li><li>Must be responsible for analyzing new feature and develop/create new&nbsp;test&nbsp;plans and adding new&nbsp;test&nbsp;cases</li><li>Manage Infrastructure, develop&nbsp;test&nbsp;topologies and prepare use cases for validation</li><li>Work with cross functional teams for supporting end-to-end release</li><li>Directs small team of engineers on gathering, integrating, and interpreting information from a variety of sources in-order to troubleshoot issues and find solutions.</li><li>Develop the right skill and train the team. Serves as a mentor to Engineers and Senior Engineers and teaches them about complex features, systems,&nbsp;testing strategies, and automation.</li><li>Conduct log analysis with team members to identify where an issue has occurred and makes recommendations for how to address the issue.</li><li>Networks with colleagues within own domain to gain insight, ideas, and connections.
