Required technical skills include a strong background in functional and non-blocking programming, a strong culture on software testing, experience with Agile development methodologies, and a strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, engineering best practices, and deployment methodologies. Experience with Java Development, Java 11+, RESTful APIs and Microservices development (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud), ReactJS v16.8+, Application State Management (Redux), ES6, Advanced TypeScript concepts, React Native for iOS and Android App development, TDD/BDD (JUnit, Mockito and cucumber), RDBMS & NoSQL, transcompiler tools like Babel, build tools like Webpack, performance measuring tools such as Profiler and performance optimization practices, component libraries such as Material-UI, Ant Design, code version control tools (GIT, Bitbucket), DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AKS, API Gateway) is essential.
Personal traits required include excellent problem analysis skills, innovation and creativity in developing solutions, strong verbal and written communication skills, a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, passion for delivery of quality software, a strong sense of drive and commitment, and a strong sense of personal accountability. Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
