You will act as a key stakeholder between HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.\n</p>\n<p>\n <br/>\n</p>\n<p>\n <strong>\n  Payroll Administration\n </strong>\n</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  Process end-to-end payroll for Australian employees (weekly/fortnightly/monthly based on business requirement).\n </li>\n <li>\n  Ensure accurate handling of new hires, terminations, transfers, compensation updates, allowances, deductions, and adjustments.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Interpret\n  <strong>\n   Modern Awards\n  </strong>\n  and\n  <strong>\n   Enterprise Agreements\n  </strong>\n  including overtime, penalty rates, shift loadings, RDOs, and leave entitlements.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Ensure compliance with statutory components such as:\n </li>\n <li>\n  Single Touch Payroll (STP – Phase 2) reporting\n </li>\n <li>\n  PAYG withholding\n </li>\n <li>\n  Superannuation (SG contributions, choice of fund)\n </li>\n <li>\n  State-based payroll tax\n </li>\n <li>\n  Workcover &amp; Long Service Leave\n </li>\n</ul>\n<p>\n <strong>\n  Controls, Compliance &amp; Reporting\n </strong>\n</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  Perform end-to-end payroll reconciliations (gross-to-net, GL, super, payroll tax).\n </li>\n <li>\n  Prepare and support statutory filings and annual processes including EOFY reconciliation and income statement finalization.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Maintain audit-ready documentation and support external/internal audits.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Ensure adherence to data protection, compliance, and risk mitigation standards.\n </li>\n</ul>\n<p>\n <strong>\n  Employee &amp; Stakeholder Support\n </strong>\n</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  Respond to payroll queries from employees, Finance, and external partners.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Maintain SLA compliance and deliver high-quality employee experience.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Partner with HRIS/IT for system issues, integrations, and change requests.\n </li>\n</ul>\n<p>\n <strong>\n  Process Improvements &amp;
