The candidate should also have hands on experience in developing custom API’s, reports and dashboards in ServiceNow.</p><p><strong>Tasks / Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, configure and maintain inbound and outbound Integrations between ServiceNow and Enterprise systems (SCCM/MECM, Cloud, Monitoring, IAM, etc.)</li><li>Build and maintain REST, SOAP and Scripted REST APIs, to streamline data flow and enhance service delivery ensuring Secure Scalable and reliable Data Exchange.</li><li>Implement delta based and scheduled data synchronization to efficiently manage large data volumes.</li><li>Ensure Standard authentication mechanism is followed while integrating with Enterprise applications.</li><li>Apply ServiceNow security standards using ACLs, roles and Scoped application Controls.</li><li>Design robust error handling, retry mechanism, logging and monitoring integration health.</li><li>Document Integration flows, maintain design document, operational runbooks for long term support.</li><li>Develop and maintain Custom reports and dashboards.</li><li>Stay up to date on latest ServiceNow releases, features and best practices as well as financial-industry technology trends.</li><li>Detect errors and issues, troubleshoot systems and resolve incidents.
