Associate Staff Engineer, Genesys Platform:
This role is a core contributor to Zurich’s AI native Global Capability Center, delivering contact center platforms with built in intelligence, automation, and continuous
optimization. The engineer augments Genesys Cloud delivery using AI assisted design, observability, and incident triage to improve reliability, change success, and customer outcomes.
Designs, implements, and operates the Genesys Cloud platform at scale, partnering with global stakeholders and suppliers. Leverages enterprise approved AI to accelerate troubleshooting, impact analysis, and platform evolution while meeting governance and regulatory expectations.
