Track and analyze marketing performance, leveraging insights to refine strategies and improve execution.</li><li>Lead development of marketing insights/slides for annual planning, business reviews and LBE.</li><li>Represent the affiliate in area and global marketing discussions, advocating for local market needs and ensuring strategy alignment.</li><li>Ensure marketing compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Develop strong relationships with key external partners, including agencies, media, and vendors, to drive marketing effectiveness.</li><li>Lead innovation efforts, piloting new marketing approaches and evaluating their potential for scale.</li><li>Foster a culture of collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement across the marketing team.</li></ul><p>QUALIFICATIONs &amp; EXPERIENCE</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business management, Science or other relevant fields. Advanced Degree such as MBA a plus.</li><li>10 to 15 years’ relevant experience in Marketing or Brand Management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical device or consumer health industry.</li><li>Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing plans, preferably with omni-channel marketing experience.</li><li>More than 5 years of managerial experience with strong leadership capability. Ability to motivate and coach a team of marketing professionals.</li><li>Proven ability to influence senior-level stakeholders and skillfully communication with insights and data.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence, lead, negotiate, and work effectively at all levels.
