We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Technical Product Owner. This is an exciting role that sits within the HR Technology function responsible for managing the deployment, compliance, and service resilience for a group of services in the area of Payroll Time and Benefits. The individual must possess excellent relationship management and communication skills as the role holder will be working closely with HR business colleagues to drive the transformation agenda and deliver across multiple HSBC service lines. In parallel, this role will manage a portfolio of strategic services working closely with the business and vendors to drive service and operational excellence that adhere to risk and controls that align with HSBC standards.
