Role Overview:
The Associate Director – Workspace Operations will be responsible for leading end-to-end soft services delivery, F&B programs, workplace experience, and client operations across multiple sites in Bangalore. The role requires strong operational governance, stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach to service delivery. While the primary focus is on Soft Services, the role will also oversee MEP and compliance functions in close partnership with internal technical teams and vendors to ensure a safe and compliant workplace environment.
