If you truly believe in delivering nothing but the best when it comes to brand campaigns this role is for you. ANSR (Management Consultancy) is looking for an Associate Consultant who will champion the employer branding mandate for customers.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders to clearly define the employee value proposition to attract top talent while engaging and retaining current employees
• Work with different stakeholders to execute strategies and implement online and offline campaigns particularly in the space of talent branding
• Implementing a data driven, integrated recruitment marketing and brand strategy
• Monitoring the effectiveness and efficacy while strategizing campaigns for customers they handle
• Work with design team to create a solid branding message that’s reflected across marketing materials, social media content and internal communication
• Equally, understand the challenges with the brand and work to propose solutions
• Consistently keep abreast of trends and changes in the industry and make required changes in employer branding strategy and execution
• Leading and presenting the campaigns/concepts to the clients.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
• Experience in communicating to a geographically diverse set of people.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in marketing and public relations and should be well organized, detail-oriented, and possess good time management skills.
• Should be able to do market research, analyse and present results with clear insights.
• Must have 10-12 years’ experience in employer branding.
