Process Governance, Architecture &amp; Continuous Improvement\n  </strong>\n  Continuously assess existing ITAM and procurement processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses based on best practices &amp; industry standards\n </li>\n <li>\n  Proactively design, architect, and implement\n  <strong>\n   new processes, workflows, and controls\n  </strong>\n  to improve operational effectiveness and scalability in ITAM\n </li>\n <li>\n  Lead process reviews and governance discussions to ensure ongoing optimization and adherence\n </li>\n <li>\n  Establish and maintain documentation for all processes, workflows, and control mechanisms\n </li>\n <li>\n  Identify opportunities for\n  <strong>\n   automation and tool optimization\n  </strong>\n  (especially within ServiceNow)\n </li>\n</ul>\n<p>\n <br/>\n</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <strong>\n   2. IT Asset Lifecycle Management\n  </strong>\n  Manage full lifecycle of IT hardware assets (procure ? deploy ? maintain ? retire/dispose)\n </li>\n <li>\n  Ensure asset data accuracy and integrity in CMDB/AMDB &amp; Updates in AMDB / CMDB\n </li>\n <li>\n  Govern asset refresh cycles, lease returns, and disposal activities\n </li>\n</ul>\n<p>\n <br/>\n</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <strong>\n   3. Procurement Governance &amp; Control Inventory Optimization &amp; Redeployment\n  </strong>\n  Develop Centralized Purchasing Process &amp; Act as\n  <strong>\n   central point of control for EUC device procurement\n  </strong>\n </li>\n <li>\n  Review and validate all purchase requests before order placement\n </li>\n <li>\n  Enforce\n  <strong>\n   inventory-first allocation\n  </strong>\n  before approving new purchases\n </li>\n <li>\n  Support/execute ordering via approved vendor portals\n </li>\n <li>\n  Validate global and local inventory before procurement approvals\n </li>\n <li>\n  Identify surplus hardware and drive\n  <strong>\n   redeployment across locations\n  </strong>\n </li>\n <li>\n  Enable and coordinate\n  <strong>\n   cross-site asset transfers\n  </strong>\n </li>\n <li>\n  Reduce excess and aging inventory\n </li>\n</ul>\n<p>\n <br/>\n</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <strong>\n   4. Tooling &amp; Workflow Management\n  </strong>\n  Administer and optimize\n  <strong>\n   ServiceNow ITAM/HAM and catalog workflows\n  </strong>\n </li>\n <li>\n  Manage procurement request lifecycle via ServiceNow\n </li>\n <li>\n  Leverage discovery tools (SCCM, JAMF) for reconciliation\n </li>\n <li>\n  Drive automation and integration across IT systems\n </li>\n</ul>\n<p>\n <br/>\n</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <strong>\n   5. Data, Reporting &amp; Analytics\n  </strong>\n  Develop, Execute, &amp; Analyze ITAM Reports, ex:\n </li>\n <li>\n  Asset inventory levels\n </li>\n <li>\n  Purchase trends\n </li>\n <li>\n  Utilization and redeployment metrics, etc.\n </li>\n <li>\n  Deliver insights to improve cost efficiency and asset usage\n </li>\n <li>\n  Publish reports (aging assets, renewals, lifecycle status, procurement trends, etc)\n </li>\n</ul>\n<p>\n <br/>\n</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <strong>\n   6. Financial &amp; Vendor Coordination\n  </strong>\n  Review vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies\n </li>\n <li>\n  Support contract renewals, lease tracking, and vendor discussions\n </li>\n <li>\n  Partner with Management for cost optimization and standardization\n </li>\n <li>\n  Participates in key asset decisions and negotiations with vendors and asset maintenance renewals\n </li>\n</ul>\n<p>\n <br/>\n</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <strong>\n   7. Stakeholder Management\n  </strong>\n  Collaborate with:\n </li>\n <li>\n  Field Services Globally\n </li>\n <li>\n  Site IT Leaders\n </li>\n <li>\n  Procurement and HAM teams\n </li>\n <li>\n  Finance Team, etc\n </li>\n <li>\n  Act as SME for HAM and procurement governance processes\n </li>\n <li>\n  Drive adherence through continuous stakeholder engagement\n </li>\n</ul>\n<p>\n <br/>\n</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <strong>\n   8.
