\n\n We are looking for a highly skilled Agile Project Manager with a strong background in Business Analysis and extensive experience leading parallel Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of hands-on experience in Agile delivery, including prior work as a Product Owner or Proxy PO, and a proven ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to release within Capital Markets business domain.\n
\n\n In this role, you will ensure effective Agile practices across multiple cross-functional teams, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and facilitate continuous value delivery.\n
\n\n \n Responsibilities\n \n
\n\n Lead, mentor, and support multiple Scrum teams in parallel, ensuring alignment and high delivery performance.\n
\n\n Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives, stand-ups) and drive continuous process improvement.\n
\n\n Serve as the main point of coordination between development teams, business stakeholders, and product leadership.\n
\n\n Work closely with Customer Business Stakeholders, Product Owners and act as a Proxy PO when required—providing direction, refining backlogs, and supporting product vision.\n
\n\n Oversee project timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies, ensuring successful delivery across streams.\n
\n\n Use data-driven insights to monitor, optimize, and report on team performance and product delivery health.\n
\n\n Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, ownership, and accountability.\n
\n\n \n Skills\n \n
\n\n Must have\n
\n\n 8+ years of experience in Agile project delivery as Project Manager.\n
\n\n Proven ability to lead multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.\n
\n\n Proven experience delivering enterprise grade projects in Private Equity business domain, with Valuations or Market Risk/Compliance (Capital Markets) understanding.\n
\n\n Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).\n
\n\n Experience working as a Product Owner or Proxy PO.\n
\n\n Business Analysis background with strong analytical and requirements-gathering skills.\n
\n\n Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.\n
\n\n People management experience.\n
\n\n Certifications such as PMI-ACP, PSM, or CSM (at least one required).\n
\n\n Track record of delivering complex software solutions in dynamic environments.\n
\n\n Nice to have\n
\n\n Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale).\n
\n\n Technical background or understanding of software development lifecycle.\n
\n\n Experience working in distributed teams or multi-vendor environments.\n
