Our employees play a key role in driving and delivering innovation to establish IT as a core competitive advantage for Costco Wholesale.</p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>Platform Engineers translate high level platform design into low level technical design and are responsible for implementing, administering, supporting and patching their corresponding platforms. This role will own platform health, utilization, and governance, focusing on three core pillars: governance, strategic adoption, and vendor management. Platform Engineers work closely with Solution Architects to enable the capabilities defined on roadmaps and are well versed in modern data, infrastructure and integration platforms.</p><p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the primary liaison with Legal and Privacy teams to translate regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and CCPA, into technical configurations within AEP and AJO.</li><li>Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all security patches, new feature rollouts, and permission changes to ensure data integrity across the stack.</li><li>Manage granular user access for Workfront, AEM Assets, and data-sensitive environments like AEP and CJA using least privilege security protocols.</li><li>Act as the technical owner for all User Provisioning integrations, such as SailPoint, ensuring their continuous health, synchronization, and compliance.</li><li>Provide tier-two troubleshooting for stakeholder team admins and lead Level 3 troubleshooting for all critical system incidents.</li><li>Own the continuous, daily monitoring of core platform health, data ingestion latency, and service reliability across AEP, Target, AJO, and CJA.</li><li>Oversee the Adobe Learning Subscription, driving enterprise training usage and tracking adoption metrics to upskill the workforce on CJA and AJO.</li><li>Lead the Adobe Ultimate Success Team relationship by coordinating Success Accelerators, monthly syncs, and Quarterly Business Reviews.</li><li>Track platform contract metrics and license utilization to provide data-driven recommendations for annual renewals and system integrations.</li><li>Partner with delivery pods and Architects to improve production deployments, platform operations, and environment stability.</li><li>Develop and instrument monitoring dashboards depicting platform health and performance.</li><li>Ensure application and infrastructure architectural solutions are stable, secure, and compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Deliver against business objectives by effectively managing and partnering with technology vendors.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Skills &amp;
