Role Purpose:
Provide end to end leadership and accountability for Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) services across the Guidewire estate. Own service reliability, delivery effectiveness, cost efficiency, and capability maturity for run and change, ensuring consistent outcomes across business units.
The ADM Leader is responsible for how ADM is run, not just whether work gets delivered—covering operating model, governance, performance, talent, and continuous improvement, for all projects and support services.
